CAUSE AND EFFECT: relationships

I've always had contact with young guys with questions and concerns about their future.
As a result, I've had almost equal contact with young women with the same questions.
Where these 2 genders cross is that usually the questions and concerns are about each other or how one's decisions or lifestyle has affected the other.

AM I TALKING IN PARABLES?

Examples:
One guy's lack of commitment is another girl's dilemma.
One girl's desire for security is another guy's fear.
One guy's desire for connection with little strings attached is another girl's confusion.
One girl's need for constant companionship is another guy's frustration.

I hope to try and explore some of these issues on my blog for anyone who needs to here it.

PLEASE COMMENT WITH QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS - but be civil ;)

It helps to understand that each gender is hard-wired differently. The best information I ever received on this topic was from Lorne Sheppard who was then associated with Crossroads (100 Huntley Street). Our church had invited him to speak to a retreat for young Married Couples (when I still qualified for that designation - many years ago), and he spent an entire weekend illuminating us.
