I've just subscribed to Tony Morgan's blog. He's been on staff at several large churches in the US, and has written a few books on church leadership. I've stayed away from most of this stuff b/c I often get disappointed with authors who only write about leadership and successful church stuff. Of course I don't know any of these people personally, and I assume they are godly, love Jesus, and love people.
So, this series of blog posts attracted me, b/c it's the theology of leadership. Theo, GOD, ology, study of, so it's Tony's brief view of figuring out for himself what God has to say about leadership.
Take a look and judge for yourself, I'm sure there's something to learn in it.
