...enjoyed our Christmas Eve (AM) gathering with Westside (our 1st one that lands on Christmas Eve, and glad we planned it)... performed later at a Christmas Eve (PM) candle light service in Ajax, ON.

...spending time mostly with immediate family while in Toronto, ON... and with some friends before and after christmas

...after 2 days of vacation it feels good to not have a place to go or an assignment to finish...

...enjoying 2 totally different books from my norm: Mudhouse Sabbath (an easy and refreshing read about Jewish practices from a recent convert to Christianity with a Jewish past) & Race Against Time (describing the issues surrounding AIDS in Africa)
