transitions

It seems like we never stop going through transitions at Westside. Who doesn't?
In a couple of weeks Westside will say good-bye to one of our worship leaders who worked 1/4 time with us for 1 year. They will be missed as they move back home (BC). Not only because they're able bodies which are always coveted in a church plant, but it was also great having them around in community.

So what's next? Well, I have to say our team will do just fine. We'll be a little busier. We'll have to work harder at times, trying to get breaks in for people. But thankfully we have committed, capable, sacrificial - and just really incredible people. Above that, God is the source of our strength, creativity, and movement.

We'll be able to look this transition or future ones in the face and move forward.
